[Oberon] RISC emulator

A nice side effect of this RISC emulator is that 
Project Oberon now also runs on Raspberry Pi :-)

LibSDL2 [1] compiles out of the box (configure; make; make install) 

The performance is actually not as bad as one might think.

BTW. Are there any Oberon benchmarks to compare implementation performance?
