[Oberon] Oberon-07 division types and size of RISC system

Couple of corrections to recent posts:

No, / is for REAL and DIV is for INTEGER in Oberon-07.

And, from earlier, just to make it clear, the RISC Project Oberon (2013)
system runs in 1MB, not 1GB.
