OK.  Will put it there.  

Is the file name extension .md necessary?  Can't ReadMe.md be 
simply ReadMe or README?  If there is an installer for NO along 
with the A2 installers, ReadMe might explain a little more.

I wonder about making the NO source files a Wikibook.

Each source file, a page in the wiki with a linked discussion page.
Good for explaining revisions.  The diff and history functionalities would 
also be effective.  Would editors be able to combat vandalism?  Why not.
Other projects survive.
