[Oberon] Oberon 3 on Windows 7, PELinker, Windows executable

Hi Chris,

thank you so much. Is it correct that working with the PELinker is more 
an art than a science?

My next test will be to use the Texts-Module in order to copy the file 
from input to output.

Then I will need the Objects-Module as well. I will report my results.
