[Oberon] Olr: Problem with module Files

Hello Gérard,

thank you for the information. Indeed, Close did not flush changes. 
Fixed in next version.

For data integrety reasons, Files is the most important module. I highly 
appreciate feedback in the form of failed or even better tested and did 
not fail.
