[Oberon] OLR and data storage.

I can't remember exactly what OLR is, but ALO [Oberon for ArmBased RPi eg.]
and LNO can't work outside of their own directory.
LEO can read & write ANYwhere in the dir tree [which has been mounted by linux]
in formats: *nix, DOS, NativeOberon.

With LNO & ALO, I must use linux to move the 'external files' in & out of the
LNO/ALO directory.
