[Oberon] Import hierarchies of display modules.

Native Oberon has more than twenty files matching *Display*.Mod. 
Several implement module Display.  For me, understanding the 
relationships was more difficult than I would have hoped. 

Import diagrams such as these might help.  http://easthope.ca/OberonDipsplays.html
Would any be appropriate for ocp.inf.ethz.ch/wiki/?  If so I can try 
adding some.  If you will consider it a pollution of the wiki, let 
me know that also.
