[Oberon] Astrobe for FPGA RISC5 Oberon

The total BRAM I have reserved is 224 KBytes. There are 32 KBytes reserved for the Heap and 32 KBytes reserved for the stack. Once the OS is running that leaves about 100 KBytes free for applications. As an example, the Primenumbers example program supplied with Project Oberon only uses 851 *bytes*.
