I am still confused about that.  RISC.img is 1/4GB, and the software 
cannot currently address anything beyond that.  I use 1GB and 2GB cards 
(it's hard to find uSD cards smaller).  You can use larger card if you 
wish, but "having to" use a larger card is indicative of some 
misunderstanding.
