[Oberon] Keyboard substituting for mouse; was Communicating with aliens

3) What about a driver for the keyboard substitution, parallel 
to the mouse driver?  Pressing <Scroll Lock> would install the 
keyboard substitution driver.  Pressing again would reinstall 
the genuine mouse.

I'm not asking anyone to work on it.  Just wondering whether 
any of the veterans recognize a difficulty for the idea.
