[Oberon] Stripping Looks

Hi All,

Developing with Oberon in a mixed environment (switching between Oberon, and Mac/PC), i often use
a tool to strip the looks-information from .Mod files e.g. to allow easier handling by version control,
and to make files ready for distribution.
Though most of my personal tools are too quick (and too dirty) for sharing i put a bit more work into the "Convert"
command, and made it to accept a wildcard file pattern as argument.
