[Oberon] Why Oberon-2 and Component Pascal is more popular than Oberon-7?

Hi Srinivas

I don't know exactly but I could imagine it has to do something with the "age" of the language.

It normally takes some time until a thing invented at an university hits the market.

Oberon-2 is 25 years old.
Oberon-7 is 3 years old and still being modified slightly
