ET usage obsoletes Edit usage.

Also in Oberon, ET.OpenAscii Test, change the content, 
ET.StoreAscii again.

If Gadgets is installed, a viewer opened with ET.Open
or System.Open should have the popup menu containing 
a bunch of useful commands.
