Normal behaviour.
Mail.CutLines 60 * ~    or    Mail.CutLines 70 * ~  
Adjust width to suit the track.  

It has a bug such that a sequence of non-whitespace longer than 
the specified number gives a long sequence of line breaks.  Also,
Mail.CutLines 0 * ~ should remove non-multiple line breaks.

You'll have to become comfortable with it or build
