Why System.Text in particular?  Scrolling is according to 
the algorithm which presents the viewer.  Open a few Texts 
with Edit and with ET.  You will see the scrolling behaviours 
to be different.  ET is more symmetrical.  I still recommend 
ET rather than Edit for routine use.
