one module uses Display from X11 version of oberon system v4:

MODULE Display;  (* RC 13.1.93 *)
(* Based on X Window System Version 11 *)

  IMPORT X11, Console, Unix, S := SYSTEM, Dbg := DebugOutput;
...
guess you find it some distros. it won't help much for fpga oberon
