Correct.  At May 10 I did not find 
"CopyClip*, PasteClip*: PROCEDURE;	(* initialized in System *)".

Something fishy happening.  This morning I purged the olr/ directory, 
retrieved olr160416.tgz again and installed again.  No Input.CopyClip 
found.  Is file name correct?  Could the server be delivering an old file?
