[Oberon] Regarding PROCEDURE Import

Dear Friends,

In ORB.Mod.txt we see
   PROCEDURE Import*(VAR modid, modid1: ORS.Ident);
...
...
       IF F # NIL THEN

         Files.Set(R, F, 0); Files.ReadInt(R, key); Files.ReadInt(R, key); Files.ReadString(R, modname);
...
...
Is ReadInt twice correct?
