[Oberon] Location of window for OLR.

Hello Peter M. and anyone interested,

In http://oberon.wikidot.com OWIDTH and OHEIGHT are noted.
I start OLR with this.
export OWIDTH=1140 OHEIGHT=830 ; cd ~/olr ; ./oberon
Then I drag the window to the preferred location.

Does the syntax allow specification of a window location?
