[Oberon] Screens used by OLR and UnixAos.

Debian jessie is on a machine with two screens here.

According to documentation for X11 and for OLR, 
DISPLAY=:0.0 should put OLR on one screen and 
DISPLAY=:0.1 should put it on the other. 
Nevertheless OLR always opens on the left screen 
and LinuxAos always opens on the right.

Anyone else encountered this?  Ideas?
