pdf2htmlEX is now a refined software capable of 
producing an HTML with all text and images in one file.

In some cases the HTML can be displayed in Oberon.
(Oberon documents read in Oberon!)

The default HTML can be bulky but options allow smaller 
size with sacrifice of format details.  System fonts rather 
than document embedded fonts for example.
