[Oberon] [BULK] Locator for Shadow Directory under Blackbox

Over all the years ....I can't remember why I dropped blackbox;
was it that I didn't want to get married to M$?

Now I need a Win x64 program that allows:
 multiple text frames to be cutNpasted on the SAME screen, like ETHO.
Ie. using <tiling>.

Can BB do that?
