I believe you, without the difficulty of testing [using a Win8.1 x64
laptop, with
USB to SATA adaptor for my old ETHZ files]. And Also I'd expect it to be able to
access other partitions and devices.

Recently when I tested Aos, I noticed Icon/s at topLeftCorner.
To avoid these, I need to move down or side-ways, which causes loss of usable
screen area.
Screen area is a MOST valuable resource; not to be wasted on graffiti !
