[Oberon] File transfer.

In Oberon on the bare gate array machine and in Peter De W's 
emulation, how are files transferred between Oberon and the 
environment?  With PC-Native O. under QEMU on Linux, I'd use FTP; not 
yet available in the contemporary system.  The emulation has PCLink1.  
It works only on the gate array machine?
