Well expressed Srinivas.  Andreas' essay will remain in the list 
archive but would be a superb contribution to the Oberon wikibook. 
Certainly it would be more prominent there.  If you are willing to 
entertain this Andreas, please add it or permit someone to do so. 
If you are concerned that inept editing might distort the meaning, 
it can be a quotation, citing the mailing list as source.
