[Oberon] Clarifying type compatibility in Oberon-07

EDIT: "boils down" to instead of “boils"
ADDITION: There probably is no one “right” answer that suits everyone’s needs (or tastes..), otherwise it would surely have been found in the past 50+ years.. it hasn’t.
