[Oberon] FPGA - Boot over serial line

Hi,

Thank you.

Now I am thinking of another exercise, running the same `TestLEDs'
RISC-0 program using BootLoader.

When I set the SW[1] to ON, and boot, system waits for data block on
serial line. That's the job of BootLoder, beeing invoked from
BRAM(prom.mem). 

I have `TestLEDs.bin' ready to send, but `ORC.Send' on host's system
reports "connection not open".

Why, am I missing something?
