[Oberon] ETH - Ceres Drawing Primitives

You can implement everything in Display if you want.,You will have to recompile the wole system, as a lot of modules import Display.

Therefore I think it‘s more straight forward to make Display3 a separate moduel.
Display3 imports Display and enhances it.
