[Oberon] FPGA - Oberon-0 program

Yes, building `IO.Mod' resolved that. Actually, the error reported
really was "Call error: TestOberon0 module not found", that confused me.

I have also noticed, Joerg often uses `Out' module in his code for
regular Oberon-07.

Interesting, I now have..
[a] original Oberon-0 plus RISC emulator running on ARM
[b] new Oberon-0 without emulator running on FPGA

Both making useful exercise for the book `Compiler construction'.
