[Oberon] V4 versus S3 survey

The Gutknecht's branch has grown into a sizeable tree. Some parts of it seem abandoned, some perhaps not. Some developers seem active. Just look at the Oberon Channel on YouTube. The latest video was released two days ago!

It is not clear to me what was abandoned and what was not. There is still some activity going on.
