There find "The New Link section is used for adding a link to the 
current object. It features a TextField for specifying a link's name, 
and an empty visual reference where you drop the object to be linked."

Suppose the objective is to link to a location in a text.  What 
qualifies as an "object"? What is the "empty visual reference"?
