[Oberon] oberon on ttl - gigatron?

Do you mean a) the Oberon language or b) the Oberon system?
Oberon language obvoiusly needs an Oberon compiler (backend) generating the assembler code for this TTL vCPU.
If you did the effort to build an Oberon compiler for it, you could start porting the Oberon system. I would say: will be rather difficult as the screen is only 160x120 pixels...

The short answer: NO
