[Oberon] New Hardware for Oberon / Risc-5 ?

My post should perhaps be TITLED:
     Is Oberon kernel/system copyrighted?
The problem of not being able to get 32Bit LEO to run on 64Bit and other
problems, caused me to wonder why the <lower levels> are hidden.

Since we now have documentation down-to-register-level Oberon is apparently
NOT copyrighted ?
