[Oberon] FPGA - Oberon0 Commands

Hi,

Oberon0 is the only module importing RS232, in addition to PCLink. It
effectively extends inner core by communication facility.

The documented interface, shows available INTEGER coded
(0..7,10..13,20..22,50..53,100,101) commands.

Some questions coming to mind:

[1] How to start PCLink safely (command 6), not to block and stay within
Oberon0 loop?
[2] How to load System module, and execute its
commands, not leaving Oberon0 loop, and not booting into Oberon system.
[3] How to run ORP.Compile within the Oberon0 loop
