[Oberon] FPGA - BootLoad() comments

Hi,

I would like to add another switch option to `BootLoad.Mod' bootloader
code. Reading some comments I can see..

 (* sw0: init SD; sw1: line|disk*)

I believe sw0 function now really is to select booting from line or
disk, while sw1 not used, correct?

It seems historically sw0 triggered Init SD card, I wonder how it
was used?
