[Oberon] how to correct opening files from internet

i am connecting to internet thro 3com905b nic i believe it is working as i
have a green lite and the act led flashes intermittently when i try to
source loband.org using the http:www i get loading document failed but when
i try https:www i get a desktop which is blank. what is the problem is this
a .mod file coding flaw
