I cannot answer this one, but having some other thoughts.

How about just taking the idea of `dialogs' (that you like), and make
them somehow fit to PO2013 and Oberon-7 through `make simple process'.

`Dialogs' that can hover over TextViewers, and share either same Loop,
or live in their own slice from time interrupt (interrupt as per RISC-5
update). The idea of ATARI ST's accessories.
