I see, having these sources:

/usr/src/oberon/oberon-1.7.02/Packages/Dialogs
with last change reported as of 10.May.95

Dialogs introducing a new file type that of `Dlg', I guess
needs to be assembled somehow?

Also, this Oberon-2 formalism  
PROCEDURE (g: Item) Handle (f: Display.Frame; VAR m: Display.FrameMsg);

has to be recoded to Oberon-7 using pointers and procedure variables?
