[Oberon] SYSTEM Modules

   > ADR, BIT, SIZE, PUT COPY GET can only be called in the module
   > Kernel.Mod (Oberon system) and SYSTEM.Mod (embedded oberon)

This would probably be a tick too restrictive. For example, in the (inner core) module Modules, data is transferred from into (untyped) main storage. In the (outer core) module Display, PUT and GET are used extensively to access the framebuffer.
