There will soon be a enhanced Oberon-07 compiler for FPGA Oberon
which will support some of the key features of Oberon-2, e.g.,

- type-bound procedures
- NEW(p, len) for open array types

Once these are in place, the remaining differences are relatively
minor, e.g. use the type CASE statement instead of WITH for
regional type guard, RETURN only at the end of a procedure,..
