[Oberon] Japanese 106 type keyboard layout file

Thank you , good information.

I am just stand at start point of AOS. So, I need a stable environment. 
At to me, I must need to solve the keyboard layout problem now.
I have already gotten the latest version files from the repository, I 
will try to build later.
