[Oberon] SystemV- Heap + Module Space

Hi,

Looking at the picture, System.Watch tells me.

[a]
Module space 70% of 100% used
Heap space 20% of 100% used

or
[b]
Module + Heap = 90% of 100% used 

[c]
How can I compact unused module space after clean up, or is it really
needed?
