One of the early books recommended meaningful names.   
"Bike shed" strikes me as reasonably meaningful.  Better than 
"precipitation deflecting velocipede depot" for example.

OK, thanks.  I wonder how many first year students would 
get the meaning of HTTPForm.

I hadn't thought of RFC3986.  It explains motivation along with 
syntax.  Seems a good choice.
