In case nobody here answers, CHM can be asked directly. Open 
https://www.computerhistory.org/contact/ .  There try 
"Collection Requests" for an equiry form. 
"Attention: Dag Spicer, Senior Curator" at the top of the 
message might help.  

CDs deteriorate.  Copies on other media?
