[Oberon] Bt878 video capture card.

Another arcane question: has anyone used the driver for a video 
capture card with Bt878 chip?  It's mentioned on the hardware page.

Likely the primary interest was TV whereas I am interested in 
composite video from a camera.  I don't have a card at hand.  Can 
anyone tell me whether composite video will work.
