FYI, the syntax and use of the command Boot.WriteFile (=ORX.WriteFile) is explained in:

  github.com/andreaspirklbauer/Oberon-building-tools

The Oberon system building tools described there try to closely follow the description given in chapter 14 of the book Project Oberon 2013 Edition with only a few minor differences.
