[Oberon] Wikibook vandalism & rollback.

Hi,

When the wikibook was first mentioned, one of the concerns might have 
been potential for vandalism.  You can see an example here.

Interesting that the vandalism is timestamped 2019-11-02T16:02:02 and 
the rollback, 2019-11-02T16:02:05.  So the vandalized state lasted 
only 3 s? Appears so.  The rollback must have been performed by a 
robot and I can't explain more.

Reassuring that vandalism is corrected quickly.
