Absolutely correct, I would think also that CP should be added/mentioned

hmm, this is a bit euphemistic. Some of these are stepwise refined extensions, others are deliberate reductions
and Active Oberon has huge extensions, operators with overloading, arrays with special storage conventions, 
objects, and more ...

Yes, I would also appreciate to see such a review very much
