[Oberon] Module aliases - what is the correct way to handle them

Thanks for all the great feedback I have received in the last 24 hours (=age of my knowledge about module aliases ;-). Thanks to that, I could iterate quickly. But email is inefficient. So, part of discussion has now moved to:

PS: Current iteration is ORB9, which however is still incomplete. Be warned..
