[Oberon] WinAOS.

Dear All:
I still have a question: what is the use of folder WinAOS? Because
executables from here are not working.
I could assert that all previous version and various unofficial copies
still run just with a click on WinAOS.exe on folder WinAOS, and that's not
the case with the files at this repository from ETHZ:
